1. Todos os participantes irão receber o link da reunião que será realizada no ZOOM via e-mail cadastrado com a comissão.

 

2. Importante:
• Use o mesmo email cadastrado na inscrição para o workshop;
• Use seu nome completo como no formulário de inscrição pois iremos liberar a entrada no Zoom apenas para os nomes que estiverem na lista;
• Iremos enviar mais detalhes no seu email.

3. Conduta na Sala:
• Manteremos o áudio e chat desativados. Os participantes inscritos no evento poderão fazer as perguntas usando a função Q&A (Questions and Answers) do Zoom.
• Haverá sempre um moderador na sala que irá acompanhar o Q&A e encaminhará as perguntas que serão feitas ao final para o palestrante.

2. Entering the Room:
• Use the same email filled in the form;
• Use your full name as filled in the form;
• We will send more details in your email.

3. Conduct in the Room:
• We will keep audio and chat off. Participants registered for the event can ask questions using Zoom's Q&A (Questions and Answers) function.
• There will always be a moderator in the room who will accompany the Q&A and forward the questions that will be asked at the end to the speaker.
